Teacher Badges Form

Please read the rules below to ensure efficiency when completing this form:

1. Schools with 1-4 students, 1 teacher badge will be distributed at the registration table 
2. Schools with 5-10 students, 2 teacher badges will be distributed at the registration table
3. Schools with 10-15 students, 3 teacher badges will be distributed at the registration table. 
4. Schools with 15+ students, 4 teacher badges will be distributed at the registration table 

Please ensure you have completed the teacher badges form. Badges will only be granted by the teachers specified in the form. 

Email requests for badges will not be accepted!
